摘要
针对现有摩托车设计方面存在的传动系与发动机匹配性能不够理想等问题,利用UG软件对沙滩摩托车传动系的前驱进行了建模及装配,并导入ADAMS中添加约束后进行仿真分析。分析时,设置沙滩摩托车变速箱输入轴角速度为14000°/s,然后输出前驱主、从动锥齿轮及接缘盘的角速度曲线图。分析结果表明,各有关数据与实际情况基本相符,因此该模型对沙滩摩托车传动系的进一步研究具有一定的实用价值。
The transmission system of an ATV motorcycle usually cant mate ideally with engine's performance. The front driving of ATV motorcycle transmission system was modeled and assembled through UG software. Simulating analysis was worked through ADAMS software when models were retrained. When simulating was analyzed, the angular velocity of change gear box input axle of ATV motorcycle was set at 14000~/s. The curve figures of angular velocity of front drive active bevel gear, of driven bevel gear and of next - edge were outputted. The results indicate that data is accordant with fact. Therefore, the model has some practical value to the research of transmission system of ATV motorcycle.
