摘要
通过气体分析、夹杂物检验、力学性能试验、扭转疲劳试验以及疲劳断口分析,研究了在扭轴研制过程中遇到的弹簧钢低频长寿命扭转疲劳,初步探讨了这类疲劳在裂纹形成与扩展、断裂特征、疲劳寿命等影响因素方面的特点。
Spring steel low frequency torsion fatigue of one way long life has been studied with respect to composition, microstructure,nonmetallic inclusions,mechanical properties and fracture morphology. Some conclusions reached in this paper indicated that this kind of fatigue has specialized in crack initiation and propagation, fracture chacteristics,ultimate life and other influential factors.
