双向热力膨胀阀在空气源热泵热水器中的应用实验研究

摘要 对以双向热力膨胀阀作为节流元件的空气源热泵热水器进行实验研究和可行性分析。通过与原系统节流元件并联双向热力膨胀阀,在原系统所标定的充注量以及相同测试条件下进行对比试验,根据试验结果并结合目前各节流元件的价格因素,指出双向热力膨胀阀具有很高的性价比,应用于热泵热水器是可行的。 Carries on the experimental research and feasibility analysis on air source heat pump water heater(ASHPWH),which uses 2-way thermal expansion valve(TEV)as throttling element. Compares the test result that is tested under the same conditions normal charged amount of original system with original system equipped with 2-way TEV, combined the price factors of each throttling element, and points out that the application of 2-way TEV in heat pump water heater is feasible and its performance and price ratio is high.
