摘要
目的总结分析手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理要点,探讨后路椎间盘镜髓核摘除术、椎板间开窗髓核摘除术、半椎板切除髓核摘除或全椎板切除髓核摘除加椎间植骨椎弓根内固定术等方法的临床护理经验。方法回顾2004年1月～2008年3月行后路椎间盘镜髓核摘除术、椎板间开窗髓核摘除术、半椎板切除髓核摘除或全椎板切除髓核摘除加椎间植骨椎弓根内固定术等术后患者的护理体会。结果本组138例患者,据其发病情况、临床表现、心理变化等制定系统科学的护理措施,在术前、术后、出院等不同阶段采取相应的临床护理方案,取得了较好的临床效果。结论系统全面科学的专科护理可以减轻腰椎间盘突出症病人的心理负担,缩短住院天数,提高临床康复效果。
Objective To analyze and summarize the key points of nursing of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion by operation, and to explore clinical nursing experience of four different operation types such as removal of nucleus pulposus with posterior microendoscopic discectomy, fenestration of the vertebral lamina, half vertebral plate and nucleus pulposus excise, and complete vertebral plate and nucleus pulposus excise adding pediele screw fixation and internal fusion. Methods 138 eases were treated with four operation types respectively. The clinical nursing experience was reviewed. Results According to the incidence, clinical manifestation and psychological change, systematic and scientific nursing interventions were drawn up. Corresponding nursing measures were adopted at pre-operation, post-operation and discharge from hospital and had very good clinical effects. Conclusion Systemiccomprehensive and scientific professional nursing can relieve mental burden of patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion ,shorten hospital days and improve clinical rehabilitation.
