摘要
利用黑液含有胶体S iO2及有较高pH值的特点,将黑液作为赤铁矿反浮选药剂。纯矿物试验表明,适量黑液对石英抑制很弱,对赤铁矿抑制较强。用H2SO4和某种氧化剂将黑液处理后并按30%的体积比加入矿浆中,可得品位56.00%、回收率83.36%的赤铁矿粗精矿。精选中加入10%的黑液,可得品位58.9%、回收率80.50%的赤铁矿精矿。
Black liquor, containing colloid SiO2 and being higher alkalinity, can be used as reagents of hematite reverse flotation. Purity minerals flotation tests showed that black liquor, when its ratio in the pulp was suitable, depressed hematite strongly and quartz poorly. A hematite :ough concentrate with a grade 56.00% and recovery 83.36% was obtained by adding 30.00% black liquor,which was treated with H2SO4 into the pulp. The concentrate was grade 58.90% and recovery 80.50% in an open-circuit test in which cleaners 10.00% black liquor was used.
