摘要 钢渣取代砂制备钢渣砂浆是环保型建筑砂浆的发展方向之一,将陈化钢渣破碎到中砂的细度代砂制备砂浆,钢渣取代砂的掺量分别为0、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%,对钢渣代砂砂浆的干缩性能和抗冻性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:在钢渣掺量较小时,钢渣砂浆与普通砂浆的自然养护干燥收缩值比较接近,在掺量为40%左右时,干缩值相对最小,在掺量大于60%时,干缩值偏大;砂浆的抗冻性随着钢渣掺量的不同而差异很大,40%掺量的钢渣砂浆的抗冻性能最好。 Producing mortar with the replacement of sand with steel slag grain is one of the developing directions of envir- onment friendly building mortar. In the experiment, the drying shrinkage and anti-freezing-thawing performances of the mortar specimens were investigated. The replacement ratio of sand with steel slag in weight is separately 0,20%, 40 %, 60% ,80% and 100%. The experimental results show that the drying shrinkage in natural curing conditions of steel slag mortar is similar to that of common mortar at relatively low replacement ratio; and the value is the lowest when the ratio is about 40 %, the value is relatively high when the ratio is above 60 %. The anti-freezing-thawing performance of the mortar specimens is different a lot with the vary of the steel slag admixture, and the specimen with the 40% sand replaced by steel slag grain is the best.
