摘要
利用与高频丁类功放的类似的电路结构和RL回路放电规律,设计能产生高速近似一次微分的UWB脉冲发生器,并分别通过仿真和实验的方法验证了设计可行性.实验测量得到的UWB脉冲幅度Vp-p=6.25V,脉冲峰谷宽度2δ=0.33 ns,脉冲重复频率可达500 MHz,并且电路简单、成本低、稳定性好.图6,参6.
Utilizing the circuit structure resembling the fourth kind radio frequency power amplifier and the principle of resistance parallel -connected with the inductance ,design the UWB pulse generator which produce high - speed differential Gauss pulse, the feasibility of the generator is proofed by simulation and experimellt. In the experimentation, the generator produce the UWB pulse with the parameters: Vp_p = 6.25 V, 28 =0.33 ns, the pulse repeat frequency can be 500 MHz. The circuit of the generator is simple, low - cost and steady. 6figs. , 6refs.
