摘要
在23±1℃条件下,采取批量发酵工艺,研究了小桐子油枯发酵产沼气的潜力。试验结果表明:小桐子油枯TS,VS产沼气的潜力分别为404.23,435.12ml/g,原料的TS,VS利用率分别为19.90%,34.30%;通过稀碱溶液调节发酵料液的pH值,有利于厌氧发酵产气的进行,TS,VS产沼气潜力分别升至478.79,515.38ml/g,原料的TS,VS利用率分别升至25.89%,48.02%。
This paper reported that biogas production from oil-extracted waste of Jatropha curcas L by batch fermentation process at 23±1℃. The result indicated that the biogas production from oil-extracted waste of Jatropha curcas L. (TS,VS) was 404.23 ml/g and 435.12 ml/g respectively, and the utilization percentages of substrate was 19.90% (TS) and 34.30% (VS). Adjusting the pH-value of fermentation liquid with diluted alkali solution is good for anaerobic digestion, the biogas pro- duction (TS,VS) reached 478.79 ml/g and 515.38 ml/g respectively, and the utilization percentages of substrate (TS,VS) reached 25.89% and 48.02%.
