摘要
根据浙江省第七届大学生结构设计竞赛塔吊模型静载试验的要求,研制了塔吊模型静载试验装置。该装置采用气动控制的重力加载方案和基于LabVIEW软件平台的双向位移测试技术,实现了对塔吊模型的平稳加载,以及水平和竖向位移的精确测量,该装置的研制成功大大提高了结构设计竞赛现场试验评优的公信度。
According to tower crane model dead-load test requirements for the Seventh University Student Structural Design Competition of Zhejiang Province, the tower crane model dead-load test device is developed. The gravity loading program based on pneumatic control and the two-orientation displacement test technology based on LabVIEW platform are used to achieve stable loading and accurate measurement of horizontal and vertical displacements for tower crane model. The successful development of this device can greatly enhance the scoring credibility of field test for structural design competition.
