摘要
提出了一种以3,5,6-三氯吡啶-2-醇钠和O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯为原料合成毒死蜱的新方法。以水为介质一次性加入反应物,在表面活性剂作用下形成高度分散体系进行反应,反应时间由以小时计缩短为以分钟计,不经提纯产物收率和含量均达到98%以上。该方法已获得国家发明专利授权。
A new method of synthesizing chlorpyrifos TC using sodium 3,5,6-trichloropyridin-2-ol and O,O-diethyl phosphorochloridothioate as raw materials was introduced. In water medium, added all reactants once only, the reaction started in a highly dispersion system formed by the surfactant. Time of the reaction shortened to minute from hourly, the yield and purity of TC were over 98% without purification. The patent of this method has been authorized.
