摘要
针对低碱低硬度水,通过旋转挂片腐蚀实验,筛选缓蚀阻垢剂,经正交实验确定较好的配方,通过静态阻垢实验确定基本配方。通过动态模拟评价,试管平均腐蚀速率为0.0067mm/a,试管粘附速率为5.27mcm,试管年污垢热阻为0.317×10-4m2℃/w。评价结果表明,该缓蚀阻垢剂缓蚀效果显著,适合于低碱低硬度水质。
According to the water quality characteristics of low hardness and low alkalinity, some chemicals with good corrosion and scale inhibition were screened out through corrosion inhibition test. Then a basic formula was made through scale inhibition test. At last, a multiple chemical formula with optimum ratio the average tube corrosion rate was 0.0067 mm/a, the tube adherence rate was 5.27 mcm, and the tube dirtiness resistance was 0.317×10^4 m2 ℃/w. The evaluation result showed the multiple water stabilizer agent had good scale and corrosion inhibition performance.
