摘要
针对自行火炮实车测试中无法得到稳态信号的制约,以及常规的振动测试方法无法实现非接触、不解体、无损在线检测的弊端,提出了利用瞬态过程中的声音信号对齿轮箱进行故障诊断,并将阶次分析和倒谱分析相结合提出了阶次倒谱分析,来克服传统傅里叶变化不能分析非稳态信号的不足。结果表明,此方法可以有效地克服"频率模糊"现象。通过对齿轮箱齿面磨损故障诊断试验,并将声音信号与振动信号进行对比分析,证明了此方法的有效性和优越性。
According to the restriction of self-propelled gun full scale test,and because the traditional vibration test can not be used for non-contact,non-disassembly and nondestructive test,a method that utilizes the transient acoustic signal for gearbox fault diagnosis was introduced. This paper presented an order cepstrum analysis,a novel method which combined the order analysis and cepstrum analysis together,to conquer the disadvantage of traditional FFT when processing non-stationary signals,the result shows that it can solve the 'frequency ambiguity' efficiently. Compared with the vibration signals,the gearbox gear wearing fault experiment based on transient acoustic signals shows its feasibility and superiority.
