美学区域即刻种植修复22颗的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨美学区域即刻种植修复的临床应用及疗效。方法14例患者美学区域新鲜拔牙创即刻植入22颗种植体并行即刻临时修复,3-6个月后制作终义齿,临床观察8-22个月。结果22颗种植体永久修复后6-12个月,X线观察种植体颈部边缘骨吸收均小于1.5 mm,种植体无松动脱落。结论严格掌握适应证,保证种植体良好的初期稳定性,行无功能的临时修复,美学区域行即刻种植修复能够获得良好的临床效果。 Objective To investigate the clinical results of immediate implant with immediate non-functional occlusion restoration in esthetic zone. Methods Fourteen cases underwent immediate implant and immediate non-functional occlusion restoration for 22 dent- al implants in esthetic zone, final restoration was performed 3-6 months later, and the follow - up time was 8-22 months. Results All of the 22 implants achieved good clinical results. The marginal bone loss of peri-implant was below 1.5mm after 6 ~ 12 months. Conclusion In esthetic zone, immediate implant with immediate non-functional occlusion restoration can get good clinical results by strictly selecting indicetions selected so that the implant primary stability is ideal.
