Fe-Al合金机械合金化制备中C元素对结构及磁性能影响

摘要 利用机械合金化方法制备了一系列粉末合金Fe-(10-x)wt%Al-xwt%C(x=0,0.2,1,2),用X射线衍射方法和SEM对合金粉末微观结构进行了研究分析.实验发现,在Fe-Al合金中加入少量的碳,可以使Fe-Al合金晶粒细化,当碳含量为1wt%时效果最好.用VSM对球磨后的粉末合金的磁性能进行了检测分析,发现在Fe-Al合金中加入少量的C元素可以改善合金粉末的磁性能,结果与Hezer理论一致. A series of Fe- (10 - x) wt% Al-xwt % C (x = 0,0.2,1,2) alloys were prepared by mechanical alloying,. X-ray diffraction and SEM were used to analyze the microstructure and grain size of the alloys. The effect of carbon content on the microstructure was examined. It was found that the grain size of the Fe-Al alloys could be refined if a bit of C was added. The best result was obtained when the C content was 1wt%. The magnetic properties of the milled alloying were examined by VSM, which agree with the Hezer theory.
