摘要
网络时代为我国政府职能转变提供了契机,电子政府的建立为政府职能转变的改革提供了理念上和技术上的支持。但同时网络时代政府职责的扩大,也可能为职能转变带来挑战。为了网络时代应该从培育中国公民社会等入手来更好地利用机遇,迎接挑战。
The internet age brings out opportunities for the transformation of government＇s functions, while e - government supports this change ideologically and technologically. With the expansion of government＇s functions in the new age, this change also faces challenges. To meet challenges, there is a need to cultivate China＇s civil society.
