摘要
主风机组是催化裂化装置的核心设备,也是炼油厂节能效果最为显著的大型机组,机组在生产中运行的好坏直接影响到整个炼油厂生产的平稳和安全,而齿轮箱是该机组的主要组成部分,如果安装不当会导致主风机端轴瓦温度高。对某炼油厂催化装置的主风机组GJR-350-5500/4.211齿轮箱轴瓦温度高故障进行了理论分析,分析表明,应该增大最小油膜厚度才能满足系统要求。在此理论指导下进行了现场维修处理,得到了良好的效果,使整个装置能够平稳、正常运行。
The main air set is the core device of the catalytic cracker, and it is also the key set for saving energy in oil refinery. The running quality of this set is directly connected with the refinery' s manufacture and safety. If the gear case, which is main part of the set, is incorrectly set up, the temperature of the gap block in the main air set will rise. In the paper, according to theoretical analysis on the temperature of the set GJR- 350-5500/4.211 gap block in oil refinery of some, minimum thickness of oil slick must be greater than allowable thickness. By the maintaining for the machine on the principle of the conclusion, the machine is found to run well.
