低浓度重金属污染森林地区微生物活性和土壤有机质多元分析
摘要
在原氯碱工厂附近的森林地区,测定了土壤呼吸速率和一系列土壤性状,包括重金属、矿物质含量和有机质组分。数据采用偏最小二乘回归方程(PLS)来分析。呼吸速率与钙、锰和pH值显著相关,小部分变异可以用碳组分数据或重金属浓度的模型来解释。当汞和铅的浓度分别为0.71μg/g干土和80μg/g干土时,与呼吸速率负相关。但重金属浓度与有机质组分呈相关关系,以致于呼吸速率和重金属的相关性并不能认为是重金属对微生物呼吸直接作用的结果。
