短短芽孢杆菌JK-2菌株抑菌活性物质产生条件的优化 被引量:8

摘要 短短芽孢杆菌JK-2菌株对多种植物病原真菌和病原细菌具有明显的抑制作用。以JK-2发酵液对番茄枯萎病菌的抑制作用为活性指标,对其培养基成分和培养条件进行了优化。由正交试验和单因素试验得出的最佳培养基配方为淀粉1.0%、牛肉浸膏0.5%、蛋白胨0.3%、蔗糖1.0%、酵母粉0.5%和CaC l20.5%,初始pH值7.0。在30℃、170 r/min振荡培养条件下,最佳发酵时间为48 h,装液量100 mL/瓶,接种量1%。 Brevibacillus brevis strain JK-2 could produce antibacterial substances which significantly inhibited various plant pathogenic fungi and bacteria. Using the inhibition effect of JK-2 fermentation broth on Fusarium oxysporum as the activity index, the medium components and cuhure conditions were optimized. The optimum medium components were obtained by orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment, which included 1.0% starch, 0.5% beef extract, 0.3% peptone, 1.0% sucrose, 0. 5% yeast extract.and 0. 5% CaCl2, and the initial pH value was 7.2. The optimum cultural period was 48 h at 30℃ in 250 mL under 170 r/min shake culture. The liquid volume in flask was 100 mL, and the inoculation amount was 1%.
