摘要
目的分析我院住院患者抗菌药物的应用情况,以进一步规范我院抗菌药物使用。方法按销售金额对我院2008年住院患者抗菌药物使用情况进行排序;从2008年住院病历中随机抽取部分病历,对抗菌药物的使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果2008年我院住院患者抗菌药物销售金额占药品总销售金额的34.09%,其中头孢菌素类使用频率为54.40%,三级抗菌药物的销售金额占抗菌药物总金额的56.55%。抗菌药物使用率为78.50%,其中二联及以上使用率为63.06%,做过细菌培养及药敏试验者占77.71%。结论2008年我院住院患者抗菌药物使用基本合理,但仍存在三级抗菌药物使用频率偏高、部分抗菌药物联合应用不当等现象。
Objective To analyze the status of antibiotic application among inpatients in our hospital during 2008 and to improve the rational use of antibiotics further. Methods The sales of antibiotics were ranked among inpatients during 2008. At the same time,the data were collected randomly from cases during 2008 and analyzed retrospectively. Results the sales of antibiotics accounted for 34.09% of the total drugs, in which the cephalosporins were .54.40% and the third grade of antibiotics was 56.55%. The use of antibiotics accounted for ？8.50% ,in which the dual - drug and multidrug therapy was 63.06%. The bacterial culture and susceptibility test accounted for 77. ？1%. Conclusions The use of antibiotics is rational on the whole in our hospital ,but the third grade of antibiotics is still high and some of combination therapy are unreasonable.
