摘要
以产氢发酵细菌YUAN-3(Ethanoligenens harbinense)为研究对象,通过间歇产氢实验,考察磷酸盐的浓度对YUAN-3生长和产气的影响。研究结果表明在磷酸盐浓度小于15mmol/L时,生物量较高,细胞干重大于0.4g/L;整个发酵过程的平均产氢速率和比产氢率在磷酸盐浓度为8mmol/L时达到最大,为5.92mmol/g-干细胞·h和2.86molH_2/mol-葡萄糖。
YUAN-3 is a strain of Ethanoligenens harbinense, isolated from activated sludge, with higher hydrogen production efficiency, and easy to form granule and settle in the reactor. Thus YUAN-3 is easy to become the dominant population and keep biomass in reactors. The acetic acid which is one of end liquid products reduces the pH value of the media, furthermore influences the hydrogen production ability of YUAN-3. Adding proper phosphate may help to adjust pH value. The effect of phosphate concentration to Ethanoligenens harbinense YUAN-3 was studied. The results show that the dry cell weight is more than 0.4g/L when the phosphate concentration is less than 15mmol/L. The average specific hydrogen production rate reaches 5.92mmol/g cell· h and the hydrogen yield is 2.86mol H2/mol-glueose when the phosphate concentration is 8mmol/L.
