摘要
目的探讨巩膜隧道小切口青光眼白内障联合手术治疗青光眼合并白内障的治疗效果。方法对38例42眼青光眼合并白内障患者采用巩膜隧道小切口完成小梁切除联合非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术,术后观察视力,眼压,滤过泡及术后并发症情况。结果术后矫正视力较术前明显提高,眼压控制良好,无严重并发症。结论该手术治疗青光眼合并白内障,可以有效控制眼压和恢复有用视力,降低手术并发症,节约医疗费用,适合于在基层医院推广。
[Objective] To study the effect of combined surgery in patients with cataract and glaucoma via miniincision. [Methods] Combined surgery of non phaco small incision ECCE, IOL implantation and trabeculectomy were performed on 42 eyes of 38 cases with cataract and glaucoma through scleral tunnel incision. [Results] Corrected visual acuity was signiilcantly improved than preoperative, intraocular pressure was under controlled without serious complications. [Conclusion] The surgical treatment of glaucoma with cataract, can effectively control intraocular pressure and restore vision, reduce the surgical complications, save medical costs and fit to promote in the hospital at the grassroot level.
