摘要
分析了ＡＴＭＥＬ公司Ｆｌａｓｈ存储器ＡＴ２９Ｃ０１０Ａ的特点，提出了将其应用在ＩＣ卡收费机中的设计思想．采用软件数据保护编程算法，解决了收费交易数据的易丢失问题．
This paper analyzes the characteristics of Flash memory AT29C010A produced by ATMEL corporation, and suggests its application in instant charger for IC card. The problem that the charged data easily gets losed is settled with the help of software data protection programming algorithm.
