摘要
本文基于前期过浓后期强扰动快速燃烧的思想,提出了一种新的分隔式燃烧系统。它通过采用非对称布置的2喷孔连通道和导入较深的主燃室凹坑,形成一种喷流与涡流复合的强扰动二次混合方式,加速了主室燃烧过程,使副室容积比可以进一步减小。最终实现了排气烟度接近于0,微粒和NOx以及燃油消耗率同时降低的综合特性改善。
A new combustion system of IDI diesel engine was investigated,which was based on the conception of rich combustion in the early stage as well as enhanced turbulent combustion in the later stage of diesel combustion period.A two hole non symmetrical connecting passage and a deep piston cavity were designed to produce the enhanced turbulent mixing combustion with a combination of jet and swirl,then the combustion in main chamber was remarkably accelerated.Finally,it was possible to reduce the volume of sub chamber.As a result,simultaneous improvments of NO x and particulate emission were achieved,especially the exhaust smoke was lowered to almost zero.
