摘要
目的评价量子共振检测注意障碍、记忆障碍的诊断价值及量子医学对精神症状的诊断价值。方法将精神科医师临床检查出的注意障碍、记忆障碍与量子共振检测结果进行对比分析研究。结果量子共振检测注意涣散差异显著(X^2=17.242,P〈0.01),并具有非常好的灵敏度99.19%、符合率94.98%和阳性预测值95.69%;量子共振检测近事遗忘则具有较好的灵敏度79.45%、符合率72.73%和阳性预测值88.55%。结论量子共振检测仪将为注意障碍、记忆障碍的早期发现和早期诊断提供新的依据,对精神症状辅助诊断具有重要的价值。
Objective To estimate the reliability of the detection of the attention disorder and impaired memory via quantum resonance spectrometer. Methods The attention disorder and impaired memory that psychiatrists had diagnosed were compared with the test results via quantum resonance spectrometer. Results Using quantum resonance spectrometer to detect the divergence of attention had good sensitivity ( 99. 19% ), accuracy ( 94. 98% ) and positive predictive value (95.69%) (X^2 = 17. 242, P 〈 0.01 ). And the amnesia was also with good sensitivity ( 79.45 % ) , accuracy ( 72.73 % ) and positive predictive value( 88.55% ). Conclusion Using quantum resonance spectrometer will provide a new basis for the early detection and diagnosis of the attention and memory disorders, which may be important for accessorial diagnosis of mental symptom.
