摘要
本文主要叙述燃料中含水的普遍性和水在燃料中的作用和热损失,以及油掺水必须乳化的必要性和乳化油应有的颗粒粒径、粘度、破乳温度等技术指标;也指出了评价乳化重油中所加的乳化剂的原则和评价乳化重油的节能原则;简述了油掺水的燃烧机理和能改善环保的演算;进而提出以造纸黑液代水,以利节能、节水、改善环保的建议。
This paper mainly describes the universality of water contained in fuels, the actions of water and its heat loss in the fuels, and the essentiality of emulsification of the oil-water mixture. It offers the technical indexes such as the grain diameters, the viscosity and the temperature of demulsificatun that required by the emulsified oil. It also points out the principles of evaluating the emulsifying aqents addded in emulsified heavy oil and its energy conservation. Present paper briefly explains the burning mechanism of oil-weater mixture and its evolution of improving the environment, and proceeds to put forword the Suggestions of substituting water with black liguid left by the paper mills.
