化学预氧化强化铁锰复合氧化物混凝除污染效能 被引量:1

摘要 通过混凝杯罐试验,研究了化学预氧化与铁锰复合氧化物(FeMnO)联用对有机物的去除效果,考察了氧化剂投量、预氧化时间对有机物的去除效果的影响.结果表明,FeMnO对有机物有一定的去除效果,高锰酸钾、过氧化氢及次氯酸钠作为预氧化剂可以提高FeMnO混凝对有机物的去除效果,最佳投药量分别为1.5、2.0、3.0 mg/L,最佳预氧化时间为20 min,在最佳投量和最佳预氧化时间下,对TOC的去除率分别为65.10%、55.15%及56.31%;对UV254去除率分别为51.05%、53.05%及60.40%.化学预氧化强化了FeMnO混凝对有机物的去除效果,是一种良好的除微污染技术. The effect of organic compounds removal with Fe -Mn bimetal oxide(FeMnO) by means of the coagulation-flocculation jar test. The optimal dosage, pre-oxidation time and effect of organic compounds removal of chemical oxidants combined with FeMnO is also been studied. The results show that FeMnO can remove organic compounds efficiently. The optimal dosage of potassium permanganate, hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite is 1.5 mg/L,2.0 mg/L,3.0 mg/L respectively. The effect of organic compounds removal is good when the pre-oxidation time is 20 min. The order from high efficiency of TOC removal combined FeMnO to low is potassium permanganate, sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide. As to the UV254 removal, sodium hypochlorite has the best result, the less one is hydrogen peroxide and potassium permangant , the least. In conclusion , the combination of chemical pre-oxidation and FeMnO enhanced the effect of organic compounds removal, which is a good technology to treat micro-polluted water.
