摘要
水酶法技术不仅可以克服常规制油工艺在经济、环境、安全等多方面的弊端,且在提取油的同时可以有效地回收油料中其他营养物质。本文详细介绍了国内外水酶法制油的发展概况,总结了现有油脂加工工艺存在的问题,对比了水酶法较现有油脂加工工艺具有的优势,并且展望了水酶法提取植物油的应用前景。
Aqueous enzymatic processing is better than conventional processes of oil extraction not only in the respects of economy, environment and safety, but also reclaiming the other nutritive materials effectively at the same time of the oil extracted processing. The overview of aqueous enzymatic oil extraction was detailedly discussed in this review.Both the disadvantage of conventional processes of oil extraction and the advantage of aqueous enzymatic method are summarized in this review. Finally, this review introduced the outlook of the application of aqueous enzymatic method in the extraction of plant oil.
