摘要
构建人脑功能网络模型主要通过功能连接和有效连接两个途径实现。本文比较了功能连接和有效连接的各自特点,综述了基于数据驱动(主成分分析、独立成分分析)建立功能连接和基于多元统计模型(结构方程模型、动态因果模型)建立有效连接的主要方法及其应用。
Modelling Human Brain Functional Network is realized by functional or effective connectivity. This article reviews the basic distinction between functional and effective connectivity .In this paper, the methods of modelling functional cooneetivity based on data driven (principle component analysis, independent component analysis) and modelling effective connectivity based on multivariate statistical models(structural equation modelling, dynamic causal modeling) are described and evaluated.
