摘要
分析了自动化立体仓库分拣系统,输送系统及堆垛机等设备PLC控制系统的电磁干扰来源及干扰机理,剖析了电磁干扰对控制系统产生的不利影响;对抗干扰策略进行了较为深入地研究,提出了抑制电磁干扰的几种有效措施,以确保立体仓库PLC控制系统安全可靠运行。
The source of EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) and interference mechanism for PLC control system on sorting-table, conveyor and stacking crane in automated warehouse is analyzed, the disbenefit impacts of EMI on control system are took apart.; then, the anti-jamming tactics are researched in detail, and all sorts of effective measures about EMI restraint are brought forward, which insured the secure and reliable operation for PLC control systems in automated warehouse.
