摘要
在管理科学理论日新月异的发展中,战略管理、细节管理、危机管理、知识管理等新思维、新概念不断涌现,不断丰富着管理科学的内容。衔接管理属于危机管理的一个方面,而且是发展科学需要研究的命题。本文从衔接管理入手,对衔接管理理论的提出、管理模式和方法、管理目标和手段进行了初步探索。为了说明问题,本文在理论探索的同时还引用了历史上的一些典故,以便于说明问题和增加可读性。
With the development and changing of the management science, new management concepts are constantly emerging, such as the strategy management, the detail management, the crisis management and the knowledge management, that enrich management science. The joint management is important proposition, which is in one respect of the crisis management. This article discussed the theory of the joint management, the pattern and method of management, and the ends and means of management, as well as cited some literary quotation of history to illuminate issues and enhance readability.
