摘要
目的分析西咪替丁联合金双歧对轮状病毒性肠炎的治疗作用,为临床治疗提供参考。方法100例大便RV抗原阳性的腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用西咪替丁联合金双歧治疗,对照组用抗病毒药物治疗;两组在补液、调整饮食方面相同,观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为96.0%和77.6%;治疗组治疗后止泻时间为(41.9±17.3)h,对照组为(59.4±16.9)h,该两项指标比较,两组差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论西咪替丁联合金双歧治疗轮状病毒性肠炎效果显著,无明显毒副作用,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical United application of Golden Bifid and Cimetidine to rotavirus enteritis. Methods 100 diarrhea cases whose stool was RV antigen-positive were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Golden Bifid and Cimetidine. The control group was just treated with anti-virus drug. The efficient was recorded. Results The efficient of the treatment group and control group was 96.0% and 77.6%,which has significant change between them. The diarrhea-stop time between the two groups was significant difference too. Conclusion United treatment of Golden Bifid and Cimetidine to rotavirus enteritis is effective and popularized.
