摘要
针对传统仿真方法存在的诸多问题,提出了一种用于航空发动机数字电子控制系统开发的快速原型化实时仿真方法,并研制了基于该方法的电子控制器在回路实时仿真平台;在进行大量试验与验证后,结果表明该平台是行之有效的,并且能够很好地解决仿真阶段普遍存在的一些问题,不仅为某型涡扇发动机数控系统的开发提供了一个实时仿真平台,同时为扩建一种用于航空发动机数控系统开发和验证的、新型的完全半物理仿真平台奠定了基础,具有一定的工程实用价值。
A real-time simulation approach with rapid prototyping for digital electronic engine control (DEEC) is proposed because in intraditional traditional simulation methods exist many issues in this field, and an ECU-in-the-loop real-time simulation platform with this approach is established. According to a lot of experimental simulations and validations, the results show that this platform is feasible and effective. So a series of issues can be resolved primely during the simulation stage. This platform not only provides a real-time simulation platform for the turbofan aero-engine but also takes a groundwork for a newly, completely HIL platform applied to aero-engine DEEC development and validation, and has some engineering value.
