摘要
金塘大桥索塔锚固区采用钢锚梁-钢牛腿新型结构,是该桥设计的关键技术之一。结合连岛工程跨海斜拉桥索塔锚固区的设计,对比介绍栓钉群国内外研究成果,在此基础上设计与实际结构类似的试件模型,对其进行试验研究和空间有限元仿真计算分析,重点研究栓钉的荷载-滑移量关系、抗剪刚度、抗剪承载力及破坏形态等,并将试验值与不同国家规范给出的极限承载力公式计算值进行比较。基于合理的黏结滑移本构关系,提出如何模拟栓钉连接件滑移效应的详细方法,给出栓钉和混凝土黏结的非线性弹簧单元有限元模型。试验结果表明:栓钉连接件满足新型结构的承载要求,试件以栓钉受弯剪破坏为主,具有良好的延性性能,在破坏前有明显的屈服过程。有限元模型具有良好的精度,与试验结果较为吻合。在承载力方面,群钉试验得到的单钉极限承载力比《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017-2003)公式的计算值平均高32%左右。
The steel anchor beam-steel corbel structure adopted in the anchor zone of the pylon is one of the key techniques for the design of the Jintang Bridge which is a cable-stayed bridge in Zhoushan, China. In combination with design of the anchorage zone of the bridge pylon, the research achievements of grouped stud connec- tors at home and abroad are introduced. On this basis, experiments and 3D FEM analysis are carried out with specimen models. Emphasis is laid on study of the relation between load and slip, shear rigidity, ultimate bearing capacity, failure pattern etc. of stud connectors. The measured values are compared with the calculated values from the current codes of different countries. Based on the reasonable bond-slip relationship, the method how to simulate the bond-slip effect of the stud connectors is given and the nonlinear FM spring element model for bond between connectors and concrete pylon is established. The test results show that the stud connectors are applicable for the steel-concrete composite structure for the pylon of the Jintang Bridge. The main failures of stud connectors are due to bending and shearing. The stud connectors perform good ductility and yield process before failure. The analysis results show that the calculating results coincide with the experimental resuits. As for the ultimate shear capacity of one single connector, the averaged experiment result of grouped stud connectors is 32% more than the predicted results obtained from the China Design Code, GB 50017-2003.
