简述C130MX3N2氮压机结构特点,详细分析了氮压机排气温度异常升高的原因,通过分析得出:门型垫处短路,冷却水未进入冷却器芯子内部循环,直接从回水口排出是三级排气温度异常升高的根本原因;冷却器芯子内部结垢,堵塞水通道是三级排气温度异常升高的直接原因。通过采取清洁冷却器芯子,更换门型垫等措施,彻底消除了上述现象。
The paper describes the structure characteristics of C130MX3N2 nitrogen compressor,analyzes in detail the causes of abnormal rise of nitrogen compressor discharging temperature,and concludes that the basic reason is that a large quantity of water directly discharges from return outtake rather than entering the internal circulation of cooler core from intake due to the short circuit at the door type gasket;the direct reason is that the water circuit was clogged due to the internal scaling of cooler core.Relevant improvement measures are formulated and the lingering problem of high temperature at third-stage discharging for low pressure nitrogen compressor is solved thoroughly.
