摘要
目的研究整肠生(治疗肠炎及腹泻药)中地衣芽孢杆菌对几种常见抗菌药物的体外敏感性。方法通过抑菌圈法及最低抑制浓度(M IC)法进行体外抗菌药物敏感性试验。结果该菌种对青霉素等8种抗菌药物表现为耐药;对头孢哌酮等6种抗菌药物表现为中度;而对法罗培南等5种抗菌药物表现为敏感。结论临床上,整肠生可与青霉素等10种抗菌药物共同使用,而不产生拮抗;但与法罗培南等9种抗菌药物共同使用时,会在不同程度上抑制其疗效。
Objective To study the sensitivity of antibiotics to Bacillus licheniformi in Zhengchangsheng in vitro. Methods As drug resistance were detected with the bacterial inhibition zone and minimal inhibitory concentration （MIC）. Results Bacillus licheniformi had high resistance rates to seveval antimicrobial agents include penicillin and other 8 antibiotics and moderate resistance rates to cefoperazone and other 6 antibiotics;but the activity of faropenem and other 5 antibiotics against Bacillus licheniformi shows stable susceptibility. Conclusion Zhengchangsheng can use with the penicillin and other 10 antibiotics, but without the faropenem and other 9 antibiotics.
