摘要
采用平均像素信息比特来克服H.264存在的"蛋鸡"悖论缺陷,并对APIB的计算方法进行改进,使其更能反映图像的复杂度,将改进过的APIB与峰值信噪比加权来计算宏块复杂度,以此为每个宏块分配编码比特。仿真结果表明,该算法与H.264中的G012码率控制算法相比不仅控制精度提高了0.11kbps,而且使峰值信噪比平均提高0.224dB。与H.264原算法相比,该算法具有更高的实时性和视频质量。
To solve the issues of the chicken and egg dilemma of rate control model in H. 264, this paper adopted a concept of APIB, and improved the calculation of the APIB to better reflect the complexity of image. The improved APIB with the PSNR weighted to calculate macro-block complexity. Then used the image complexity to allocate bit for each macro-block. The ex- perimental results show that, compared to G012 in I-I. 264, the proposed method gains 0.11 kbps in control precision and the average PSNR be improved by 0.224 dB. It has a higher real-time and video quality compared with the H. 264.
