摘要
制度文化是大学的核心文化,决定着大学的办学模式,反映了大学的办学理念和特色。我国近代大学制度文化源自于清末,认清其源流,比较其异同,分析其长短,梳理其走向,有益于今天大学制度的继承与创新。
Institutional culture which is the core culture of universities decides the running model of universities and reflects the school-running idea and its characteristics. The institutional culture of modern Chinese universities was originated from the late Qing dynasty. It is beneficial to the institutional inheritance and innovation of today＇s university by recognizing its origination, comparing its similarities and differences, analyzing its merit and demerit, and predicting its tendency.
