摘要
2008年美国骨质疏松基金会联合11个相关学科的学术机构发布了最新预防和治疗骨质疏松的临床指南,共六章：①骨质疏松症：概况;②病理生理学基础;③骨质疏松症诊断和治疗方法;④普通人群预防和治疗骨质疏松的一般原则;⑤骨质疏松症的药物治疗;⑥理疗和康复治疗。临床指南最后提出了一些尚未解决的问题。
The latest Clinical Guide to Prevention and Treatment of Osteoporosis developed by the NOF and endorsed by 11 relevant academic societies, contents six chapters： （1） Osteoporosis： Impact and Overview; （2） Basic Pathophysiology; （3） Approach to the Diagnosis and Management of Osteoporosis; （4） Universal Recommendations for All Patients; （5） Pharmacologic Therapy; （6） Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Finally it shows a number of remaining questions.
