摘要
在2008年4月江苏省出台《江苏省历史文化街区保护规划编制导则(试行)》的基础上,结合扬州东关历史文化街区保护规划,探讨在当前发展形势下,江苏省历史文化街区保护规划编制的新思路和方法。
Based on the guidelines to conservation planning for Historic Cultural Block in Jiangsu Province （Trial Implementation） published in April 2008, which the author participated in working out, and combining with the conservation planning fro Yangzhou Dongguan historic cultural block, this paper makes an introduction to the new thinking line and method in the guidelines.
