摘要
针对吞吐进入中后期,各储层之间矛盾日渐突出,储层之间的吸汽量不均,严重影响油藏的动用程度,主要表现在产油量下降、含水升高等方面,提出稠油分层注汽技术。稠油分层注汽技术是通过封隔器对互层状油层有效封隔,在纵向上划分出相对独立的注汽单元,以注汽装置对各生产单元单独作用,从而在注入阶段可以减少高低渗透层、新老层、油水层之间的干扰,充分发挥油层潜力,提高油层动用程度。该技术包括分层定量注汽技术、分层配汽技术、自动配汽技术,另外该技术针对一些特殊油井还研制了出砂井分层注汽技术和侧钻井分层注汽技术。
In the middle and late steam injection period, the contradictions among each reservoir become increasingly prominent, and steam absorption capacity of each reservoir is in unequable, which influence the production degree of reservoirs seriously, finding expressions mainly in the decrease of oil production,high water-cut and so on, this paper presents separate layer steam injection technology. Using packers to divide alternate layers effectively, this separate layer steam injection technology carves up independent injection cells vertically, so that injection equipment are used in every layer separately. Therefore, the interferences between high permeable zone and low permeable zone,new and old layers,oil and water formation are eliminated during injection, so the potential of oil reservoir are displayed thoroughly and the producing degree of reservoirs are improved. This technique includes quantitative injection technology,separate layer steam injection technology,automatic steam injection technology. What's more, in view of some special oil wells, this technique also develops separate injection technology of sand exceeding wells and separate layer injection technology of sidetrack drilling wells.
