摘要
自制了简易多维固体荧光试样架,通过转动样品旋转台,可改变激发光与样品间的夹角,获得更好的测量结果。对MCM-41和左氧氟沙星组装体LVFX/MCM-41的荧光测试表明,此简易试架可用于固体荧光研究。
The multidimensional Solid sample holder accessory of fluorescence is made in this paper. The angle between in the exciting light and the surface of the solid state sample is changed by circumgyrating the table - board of solid state sample and the better re- sults are obtained. The simple Solid state sample holder wasis able to be used in the study on sample＇s Solid state fluorescence spectroscopy, through the results obtadned from fluorescence of complex （ LVFX/MCM - 41 ） of MCM - 41 and levofloxacin.
