摘要
综合性实验是一个在本科教学改革方面非常重视的事物,文中论述了近年来广西大学生命科学与技术学院生物技术实验中心对生物类本科生综合性实验教学模式进行的改革与创新。提出并实践了实验教学项目与具体科研课题相结合的教学模式。实践表明,该教学模式可以形成有价值的科研成果,有效地避免教学实验资源的浪费;同时,可以激发学生的学习与科研兴趣,变被动学习为主动的求知与探索,给学生的自主发展、创造性思维的培养和综合素质的提高提供较好条件,为培养理工复合型人才奠定了坚实的基础。
Comprehensive experiment in undergraduate teaching is a very important new thing. The article discusses the recent biological undergraduates integrated experiment in my school biotechnology laboratory＇s reform progress. The teaching model of fusing the experimental items with concrete research subjects is proposed and put to practice. The result shows that the new teaching pattern could convert precious intelligence and material resources into valuable scientific results, and efficiently avoid the consumption of experiment materials. Under the experimental teaching pattern, students are activated to initlatively enjoy the interest of scientific research and ex- ploration. The new teaching pattern provides students with good chance for the cultivation of their independent development and creative thinking and comprehensive quality. It also has laid a solid foundation for the polytechnic compound talents teaching.
