摘要
参照变压吸附气固相平衡图,利用ASPEN ADSIM流程模拟软件建立一个虚拟的三组分体系单塔变压吸附分离模拟模型。模型模拟得到了塔内气相组成、出口浓度、塔的压力状态等的动态结果,揭示了在升压、吸附、降压、冲洗等步骤中吸附塔内气相的变化过程,很好的描述了变压吸附分离过程。该模型通过结合具体物性参数,能够为实际工程分离方案选择、步骤设计提供模拟和预测。
A single column pressure swing adsorption (PSA) model for three components system was proposed and simulated by ASPEN ADSIM software. The dynamic results of the gas composition in the column, the outlet gas eoncerntration, and pressures in the adsorption column were obtained, which presented the gaseous phase change in the whole seperatian process. With detailed physical parameters, the model could simulate and predict the actual PSA seperation process.
