摘要
针对具有工业过程机理复杂,过程影响因素多(如矿石性质、磨机结构、矿石操作因素等),又具有多变量、非线性、大滞后、时变的特性的磨矿分级过程,提出了一种应用协调控制、预测控制和传统PID相结合的方案,来有效地解决过程中的耦合、时滞,仿真结果表明其控制效果是比较理想的。
Because Grind grading mechanism is complicated,it has lots of influencing factors,for instance ore property,grinding machine structure and grinding operation,etc.Also it carries traits of multivariate,non-linearity,delay and time-varying.This paper brings forward a solution combined with coordination control,predictive control and traditional PID control.It can resolve the coupling,delay in the process.The result of emulation indicated that effection is good.
