摘要
以大学生体协为平台,构建高师院校体育课内外一体化教学模式.在优化课堂教学的基础上,发挥课堂教学对课外体育的辐射功能,通过指导教师、体育系专修班学生、其他系的学生骨干成员的专项分工,共同参与体协建设,组织课外竞赛及健身活动,实现大学生课外体育的自我管理,能激发同学们参与运动的兴趣,营造校园健身氛围,对增强大学生体质有较为显著的效果.
P.E. teaching in normal schools should be built with integrating in-class and after-class lessons assisted by sports society of college students. The optimized classroom teaching extends its function into after-class physical training. P. E. teachers, P.E. majors and non-P. E. majors are assigned their respective responsibilities in constructing sports society, or- ganizing some competition and body-building activities. In this way, self-management interest in P.E. is motivated, a healthy atmosphere of physical training is created and their constitutions are remarkably improved.
