摘要
结合山区高速公路建设的特点,分析了山区高速公路建设在总体方案设计、地质病害防治、生态环境保护等方面应注意的问题及解决所存在问题的措施,论述了坚持"环保优先"建设指导思想的必要性,以实现可持续发展目标。
Combining with the characteristies of mountainous expressway, the author analyzes the mountainous expressway construction＇s attention problems and measures of solving existing problems on aspects of overall scheme design, geological disaster prevention and ecological environment protection, discusses the necessity of insisting construction guiding thought of environment protection first, so as to realize aim of continuous development.
