摘要
针对工程质量的重要性,给出了质量监督抽测的依据,介绍了科学合理的工程质量抽测方法,强调了应规范参建单位的质量行为,提出了弥补工程质量抽测在工程质量控制方面不足的方法,以保证建设工程质量目标的实现。
Against to the importance of engineering quality, the quality supervision and random inspection references were given, the scientific and proper engineering quality random inspection method was introduced. It was strengthened that the quality behavior of participant construction unit should be normalized. The method of covering the shortage of engineering quality random inspection in engineering quality control was proposed, so as to guarantee engineering quality goal realization.
