摘要
本文根据低碳钢裂缝弯曲试样的冷脆行为特征,定义了冷脆特征温度T_(4m),并阐明了相应的物理含义。同时,对在这一温度下发生的断裂韧性及止裂特性转折的力学本质进行了阐述。在上述研究基础上,对T_(pm)温度在低碳钢冷脆评定中的应用价值进行了探讨。
On the basis of analysis of low carbon steel fracture macro-featuresand micro-processes at low temperature, definition was given of the characteristictransition temperature of brittleness, T_(pm), and its physical meaning was expounded.Discussion was carried out of physical characteristic of variation at T_(pm) in respectof the fracture toughness and property of crack arrest. In addition, research wasmade on application of T_(pm), which can given information about transition of frac-ture toughness and property of crack arrest and critical crack size, to estimation oflow temperature brittleness of low carbon steel.
