摘要
通过对比切削试验,分析了金刚石涂层刀具高速铣削石墨时的磨损形态与过程,论述了金刚石涂层刀具的破损原因与失效机理,为金刚石涂层刀具在高速切削领域的推广应用提供了实用的依据。
Through a contrast cutting experiment, the wear form and process of diamond film coated cutter during high-speed milling graphite is analyzed, the breakage reasons and mechanism of diamond coated cutter is discussed. It provides a practical foundation for expanding applications of diamond film coated cutters in high-speed machining.
