摘要 在分析传统的晶闸管投切电容器(TSC)、相控电抗器(TCR)工作原理的基础上,提出了一种新型的动态无功补偿装置-自耦变压器型TSC和TCR的复合装置(TSCCRAT)。TSC、TCR及TSCCRAT的工作性能仿真结果比较表明,TSCCRAT与TSC相比无功功率连续可调和制造成本低,与TCR相比具有较小的谐波电流和功率损耗。特别是TSCCRAT将高电压领域常见的晶闸管对串联结构改成单或少量晶闸管对串联工作,提高了装置的可靠性,降低了控制难度。 Based on analyzing the operating performances of thyristor switching capacitor (TSC) and thyristor controlling reactor (TCR), this paper describes a noval dynamic reactive power compensator named as composite of thyristor switching capacitor and controlling reactor of autotransformer type ( TSCCRAT), Through comparison from the simulating results of these three types of SVC operating characteristics, it is demonstrated that TSCARAT is able to provide var power adjusted continuously with an economical cost of manufacturing compared with the TSC ; and possesses the merits of lower ratio of harmonious current and less power dissipated. A notable characteristic of the TSCCRAT is that its thyristors operate with single or small amountes of anti - paralleled parts connected in series, which improves the relliability of the device and decreases the complexity of the controlling system.
